Our steps to obtain ownership is straight forward and transparent
By attending an initial meeting, we can better get to know you and determine if you would make a good franchise partner. We brief all potential partners on our brand principles, long term future plans, current market trends and the process of ownership so that they have a clear understanding of what they’re getting into.
During this meeting, we will hand over a hardcover or digital copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document. We are happy to go through all topics and brief out the meaning of each if you would like.
This document will help you to further understand the structure of our franchise system. You should bring this document to your attorney before you sign it and send it back to us. This process will take around 2 to 3 weeks.
After we receive the signed contract and first deposit, you and our team will start looking for your preferred location. As we mentioned earlier, our franchise system is able to adopt to different types of locations, a variety of build costs, and even a few options of operation methods to achieve the goal. Compared to other competitors, we have more options to choose from and are confident that we can secure the site faster.
We understand that searching for the perfect location for your business can be a time-consuming and daunting task. To ease some of this stress, we offer to negotiate with landlords on your behalf to help you find the best possible terms for your needs. We also provide back office training sessions as part of our operation manual. This will help you to understand the process of incorporating your business, as well as accounting information and how to set up your shop.
After construction starts, we will set up a couple live sessions. We will go through each chapter of our operation manual and have a small quiz at the end of each one. We will also offer you live instore training for five working days.
At the last two weeks of construction, you and us will move to the hiring stage. We will assist in the process of screening employees and suggest how to choose the right person.
Congrats on making it to your first week of business! As we discussed during our meeting, we will now be rolling out our advertising plan to help improve your operations. And don’t forget, you will always have a dedicated team member from us available to help with anything you need – just give us a call!
